Welcome to HUNARI. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By using HUNARI, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HUNARI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. The materials on this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
3. Platform Services
HUNARI provides a marketplace connecting clients with freelancers. We do not employ freelancers listed on the platform and are not responsible for the work they perform. We act solely as an intermediary. All agreements made between clients and freelancers are their own responsibility. HUNARI facilitates the connection but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.
4. Fees, Payments and Payment Collection
HUNARI charges a 10% commission on completed projects, deducted from the freelancer's payment and only charged upon successful completion. When a client pays for a job, HUNARI collects and holds that payment solely as the freelancer's limited payment collection agent: payment received by HUNARI is considered payment received by the freelancer, and it discharges the client's payment obligation for that amount. HUNARI then releases the funds to the freelancer through regulated payment channels (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer) according to the job's agreed stages (for example on arrival, on completion, or in weekly instalments), after deducting the platform commission. Funds collected in this way are not a deposit, loan or investment, earn no interest or profit for any party, and are held only for onward settlement of the specific transaction. HUNARI is not a bank, electronic money institution, or licensed payment service provider, and does not offer wallets or stored-value accounts. 5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform to: post false or misleading information; engage in fraudulent activities; harass, abuse, or harm other users; circumvent the platform's payment system; post content that infringes intellectual property rights; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the platform. By posting content, you grant HUNARI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.
7. Limitation of Liability
HUNARI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to HUNARI in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
HUNARI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
